Silver Rich Zinc Anti-Corrosion Spray

Chisboom Silver Rich Zinc Anti-Corrosion Spray can be widely used in the anti-corrosion and rust prevention of metal structural components, as well as the maintenance and repair of galvanized components (hot-dip galvanizing, electrogalvanizing, hot-spray zinc aluminum). Silver Rich Zinc Anti-Corrosion Spray can be used for small-scale painting (repair of welding joints in galvanized components, repair of hot-dip galvanizing leakage, repair of damage to some galvanized parts, etc.), as well as for large-scale painting. Silver Rich Zinc Anti-Corrosion Spray can be used alone or for surface spraying of Chisboom cold galvanizing.

Usage

1. Remove surface dust, oil stains, rust, and old coatings (please refer to our company's coating method for details) to ensure a dry surface.

2. In order to stir thoroughly, please swing the aerosol bottle up and down until you hear the sound of the stirring ball in the bottle, and continue to swing it to ensure that the stirring ball touches more than 30 times.

3. To ensure a film thickness of 40μm during coating, please ensure a coating speed of 10cm/s at a distance of 30cm from the coating surface

4. In order to prevent the blockage of aerosol, please turn the aerosol bottle upside down after each use to make the spray port face down and press the spray port in a safe place until the colorless gas is sprayed out for 1-2 seconds, while keeping the spray port clean.

5. In order to protect the environment, it is recommended to hand it over to qualified waste disposal companies for disposal after use

Special Reminder

1.Do not store in a temperature higher than 49℃ or near a fire source. It is strictly prohibited to puncture the can body.

2.Pay attention to protection during spraying. If you accidentally come into contact with eyes and skin, rinse immediately with water or seek medical attention as appropriate.
