Product features

Single component polyurethane foam sealant material is particularly suitable for the application of insulation and installation in construction departments. Pu Foam is suitable for bonding, fixing, installation, sound insulation, insulation, sealing, moisture-proof, gas isolation, filling structural gaps, engineering holes, and various crack gaps;

Construction attention

1. Before construction, remove floating dust and oil stains from the construction surface, and spray a little water on the construction surface;

2. The vertical gap must be filled from bottom to top (pay attention to the expansion performance of foam);

3. The flow rate of foam can be adjusted by controlling the trigger;

4. Pu Foam can be cleaned with special cleaning agent before curing;

5. Foam surface stickiness will disappear after 10 minutes. The foam can be cut after 20 minutes, and the foam will solidify after about one hour, and stabilize within 3-5 hours. (All data were obtained under laboratory conditions);

6. This Pu Foam is not UV resistant, so it is recommended to coat other materials on the solidified foam surface (such as cement mortar, paint, etc.);

Using method

1. Shake the can well before use ,1 min

2. Clean and wet the construction surface before construction.

3. Invert the tank and connect it to the spray gun, then rotate counterclockwise to open the flow valve.

4. Spray from bottom to top, and the spraying amount should reach 1/2 of the required filling volume.

5.After ten minutes, the foam begins to solidify, and the next step can be carried out after one hour.

6. The cured foam can be removed with a scraper. The surface is treated with cement, mortar coating, or silicone.

Security advice

1.Do not store in a temperature higher than 49℃ or near a fire source. It is strictly prohibited to puncture the can body.

2.Pay attention to protection during spraying. If you accidentally come into contact with eyes and skin, rinse immediately with water or seek medical attention as appropriate.
